A Standard Residential Home Inspection

In our residential home inspection, we’ll conduct a thorough visual evaluation of a property’s readily accessible areas. If the roof is too steeply-pitched or otherwise too dangerous to be considered readily accessible, we have an advantage. We use a camera and a telescoping pole with a camera attached to take us where a ladder safely can’t. Genesis Home Inspections is InterNACHI certified and compliant with their highly regarded Standards of Practice. We offer a general home inspection that involves the careful examination of most visible and accessible areas.

Inspected areas include:

Roofing System
Structural Components
Attic, Ventilation & Insulation
Exterior Cladding
Porch & Deck
Attached Garage
Driveway
Foundation
Basement/Crawlspace
Fireplace
Electrical System
Plumbing System
HVAC System
Interior, including:
–  Built-In Appliances
–  Ceilings, Floors & Walls
–  Windows/Glazing
–  Doors
